Josefa Castillo is removed from Inaipi and appointed consul in Miami

On August 16, Dominican Republic President Luis Abinader announced a series of government appointments, including the removal of Josefa Aquilina Castillo from her position as director of the National Institute for Comprehensive Early Childhood Care (Inaipi). Castillo has been reassigned to serve as the new consul in Miami.

As part of the same administrative reshuffle, Kenia Xiomara Guante Valdez has been appointed to succeed Castillo as the head of Inaipi. These changes are part of the broader executive adjustments made by the administration on this date.
