Josefa Castillo is removed from Inaipi and appointed consul in Miami

On August 16, Dominican President Luis Abinader announced a series of government appointments, including a leadership change at the National Institute for Comprehensive Early Childhood Care (Inaipi). Josefa Aquilina Castillo has been removed from her position as director of the institution.

As part of the same administrative restructuring, the President appointed Kenia Xiomara Guante Valdez to replace Castillo at the helm of Inaipi. Simultaneously, Castillo was reassigned to serve as the new consul in Miami.
