Rafael López Aliaga a Keiko Fujimori sobre sicarios: “A un animal lo trata como animal, no tiene derechos”

Rafael López Aliaga, leader of Renovación Popular, directed critical remarks regarding the handling of contract killers toward an administration he identified as headed by President Keiko Fujimori.

López Aliaga asserted that the government has failed to implement a sufficiently decisive policy to increase police presence on the streets. In making his point about criminal actors, he used the phrase, “A un animal lo trata como animal, no tiene derechos.”
