Rafael Ojeda no está escondido ni se ha negado a declarar: Sheinbaum descarta investigación contra exsecretario de la Marina

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum stated on Friday that retired Admiral José Rafael Ojeda Durán is neither in hiding nor has refused to testify in connection to a fuel smuggling investigation known as "huachicol fiscal."

The case involves allegations against Ojeda Durán's nephews by marriage. Sheinbaum's remarks explicitly ruled out any ongoing investigation directed against the former Secretary of the Navy.
