Rafael Rey, ministro de Transporte, afirmó que los trenes de Caltrain de Lima a Chosica no fueron una donación, “fue una compra”

Peruvian Minister of Transport and Communications Rafael Rey stated during an interview with RPP that the Caltrain trains intended for the Lima-to-Chosica route were acquired through a purchase rather than a donation.

The clarification comes as Peru's transport management faces one of its most complex periods, according to the current head of the ministry.
