Rahul Navin gets one - year extension as ED Director till August 13

Rahul Navin has been granted a one-year extension as the Director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), extending his tenure until August 2027. Navin, who initially began his service with the agency in September 2023 and was officially appointed as director in August 2024, will continue his leadership role beyond his original fixed term, encompassing his post-superannuation service.

This extension follows the establishment of a strategic roadmap under Navin's leadership, which focuses on the completion of ongoing investigations and the implementation of asset auctioning processes.
