Rain and thunderstorms expected in Mass. for much of the week

Much of the week ahead is predicted to be wet and stormy in Massachusetts, according to the National Weather Service. There is a rip current risk along most of the Massachusetts coast until 8 p.m. The highest risk is along the South Shore and eastern coasts of Cape Cod and Nantucket, followed by the North Shore and southern coasts of the islands.
