The Dominican Republic will take the renewal of international force in Haiti to the UN.

The Dominican Republic plans to address the United Nations regarding the ongoing security crisis in Haiti. Foreign Minister Víctor “Ito” Bisonó announced on Sunday that the Dominican government will advocate for the formal renewal of the mandate for the Multinational Security Support Mission, referred to as the Gang Suppression Force (GSF).
