Rebecca DePaula: the officer who died from breast implant removal

Rebecca DePaula, an NYPD officer, traveled to the Dominican Republic to undergo surgery for the removal of her breast implants in order to alleviate discomfort caused by them. The procedure was intended to resolve health issues related to the implants.
