Rechazaron apartar al fiscal que investiga al juez García Maañón por presunto acoso sexual

The Justice system in San Isidro rejected a motion for recusal against prosecutor José Ignacio Amallo. The decision keeps Amallo in place to continue overseeing the criminal investigation involving chamber judge Ernesto García Maañón.

García Maañón was previously suspended preventively from his judicial position following a formal complaint accusing him of alleged workplace and sexual harassment.
