Registration for a thousand education bonus for active students

The Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (Minerd) has officially opened the registration and consultation process for the 'Bono a Mil' education subsidy. This financial aid program is designated for students currently enrolled in the public school system for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year.

The initiative is intended to support families as they prepare for the new school term, which is scheduled to commence on August 24. Minerd has issued a formal call for parents, guardians, and tutors to access the platform to verify their eligibility and complete the necessary registration steps.
