Relator de la ONU: España incumplió obligaciones internacionales al desalojar a Maricarmen

The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Adequate Housing has stated that Spain failed to meet its international human rights obligations by proceeding with the eviction of a woman named Maricarmen.

The case, highlighted in Madrid on September 27, centers on the execution of the eviction, which the UN expert described as placing Spain in an untenable position regarding its international human rights commitments.
