Remembering 9/11: Where tragedy left its marks

Marking the twenty-fifth anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks, CBS News' "Sunday Morning" correspondent Lee Cowan interviewed individuals whose lives were permanently altered by the 2001 tragedy. The broadcast featured personal accounts from survivors and responders at the three primary attack sites.

Among those interviewed were Harry Handler, who assisted a woman in escaping the World Trade Center's North Tower, and Marine Major Dan Pantaleo, who responded to the Pentagon to rescue survivors and recover remains. The segment also included Laurel Homer, a young woman who lost her father when United Flight 93 crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
