Dominican Republic authorizes extradition of Mario Juan García

The executive branch of the Dominican Republic has authorized the extradition of Dominican citizen Mario Juan García to the United States. The measure was enacted through a presidential decree following requests from judicial authorities in the United States.

García is wanted by U.S. authorities to face serious criminal charges related to sexual offenses against minors.
