Dominican Republic and the rejection of foreign migrants

During the month of July, the General Directorate of Migration in the Dominican Republic rejected 116 foreign nationals and categorized 28 others under the same status.

The national migration law authorizes the denial of entry to foreigners for reasons associated with criminality, terrorism, and prior prohibitions. However, the legislation does not explicitly define all aspects of these rejections.
