Woman arrested in Nezahualcóyotl for alleged fraud involving Welfare program procedures

Rita N., a 53-year-old woman, was arrested by the Sector 9 Central Proximity Police in the Agua Azul neighborhood of Nezahualcóyotl. The arrest followed accusations regarding her alleged involvement in fraud and the usurpation of functions related to the processing of Bienestar social program applications.
