Rescue owner charged after over 300 animals found in 'inhumane' conditions during raid

A Lake Hughes rescue owner has been charged with 35 counts of animal cruelty and code violations after prosecutors say more than 300 animals were found living in inhumane conditions. Christine De Anda faces dozens of animal cruelty charges stemming from a massive Lake Hughes rescue operation earlier this year.
