Restrictions on the use of cell phones in schools

The Dominican Republic's Ministry of Education (Minerd) has mandated that educational institutions establish formal protocols regarding the use of mobile devices. Schools have been granted a deadline, which is currently two weeks away, to implement these new guidelines.
