They revealed that the young woman murdered by her ex-partner in Mar del Plata lost a pregnancy due to the violence she suffered.

Rocío Núñez, a 27-year-old mother of three, was killed on Tuesday in the Las Heras neighborhood of Mar del Plata after suffering a gunshot wound to the neck. Authorities accused her ex-partner, identified as José Leonardo Cejas Urbiston, of carrying out the fatal attack.

In the wake of the killing, investigators revealed that Núñez had previously lost a pregnancy as a direct result of the ongoing gender-based violence she endured from the suspect.
