Richard Pellejero explicó la evolución de Piero Magallanes: “Él tiene mucha técnica, pero necesitaba otras cosas y lo entendió”

Richard Pellejero has detailed the professional development of winger Piero Magallanes, noting that while the player always possessed significant technical skill, he required and ultimately accepted additional aspects to his game to succeed. When Pellejero took over coaching duties at Sport Huancayo in 2025, Magallanes was not a regular starter.

Over the course of a year and a half under this guidance, Magallanes evolved his performance significantly. The attacker has since accumulated six goals during the season and earned a place on the team roster.
