Riverview police officer charged with sexually assaulting handcuffed woman at police station

Prosecutors said Torre Dyson, a Riverview police officer, sexually assaulted a woman in custody, failed to report her arrest and later boasted about the encounter. Torre Dyson, 26, of Hazelwood, admitted to assaulting the woman while she was in handcuffs at the Riverview Police station July 16 and bragging about it to his supervisors.
