Robles awards distinctions to CNI personnel, following the controversy over the warnings about Ceuta

On Friday, Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles visited the headquarters of the National Intelligence Center (CNI) to decorate several members of the intelligence personnel. The official visit and awarding of distinctions took place amidst a public controversy regarding the role played by CNI agents and the warnings they issued in the days leading up to a mass border crossing of migrants from Morocco into the Spanish autonomous city of Ceuta.
