Robles urges NATO to assume the same commitment on the southern flank as on the eastern flank and insists: "Ceuta is Spain"

Spanish Defence Minister Margarita Robles urged NATO on Thursday to show the same level of commitment to the alliance's southern flank as it currently maintains on its eastern border.

Speaking on the matter, Robles firmly reiterated that the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla are an integral part of Spain, describing them as "our Spain, the best Spain" and emphasizing that the country will always stand by them.
