Romania’s Social Democrats, far-right AUR party reject Siegfried Mureșan government

The Social Democratic Party (PSD) and the far-right Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) have formally declared their opposition to a government led by Siegfried Mureșan. PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu announced the party's irreversible decision to withhold support during a press conference held on Monday, September 9.
