Rosalía, winner of the 2026 National Prize for Contemporary Music for 'LUX'

Spanish singer Rosalía has been awarded Spain's Premio Nacional de Músicas Actuales for 2026. The announcement was made following a jury meeting facilitated by the Ministry of Culture and Sport.

The prestigious award comes with a cash prize of 30,000 euros. The jury specifically recognized the artistic significance of her 2025 album, titled 'LUX'.
