Rueda apologizes for Feijóo's absence at the Albariño festival in Cambados due to the events in Ceuta and remembers the victims

During the final day of the LXXIV Festa do Albariño in Cambados, Pontevedra, Galician regional president Alfonso Rueda addressed the absence of national PP leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo. Rueda explained that Feijóo could not attend the traditional Capítulo Serenísimo event because of his visit to Ceuta, where he went to address recent events and remember the victims.

The annual Albariño festival, a significant cultural and social gathering in the region, concluded its latest edition with Rueda presiding over the proceedings in Feijóo's stead. The public excuse provided by the regional president linked the national party leader's scheduling conflict directly to the situation in Ceuta.
