In a separate development within the same 24-hour period, an attack attributed to Ukrainian forces in the Russian border province of Bélgorod resulted in at least three civilian deaths and four injuries. These events occur within the ongoing conflict that began in February 2022 following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
