Russia confirms it's ready to ship diesel to US from October

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced on Friday that Moscow is prepared to increase diesel exports to the United States and other international markets beginning in October. Deliveries are expected to see further growth throughout November and December as domestic refineries complete maintenance cycles and return to full operational capacity.
