Russian attacks kill 4 as Kyiv intensifies strikes on oil facilities

Early Saturday, Russian drone and missile attacks on Kyiv and surrounding regions killed four people, including a child, according to Ukrainian officials. The strikes occurred as Moscow exploits what is described as Ukraine's depleted air defenses to launch waves of attacks.

Simultaneously, Ukraine has intensified its own long-range operations, carrying out near-daily strikes on Russian infrastructure. Most recently, Kyiv successfully targeted and hit another oil refinery inside Russia.
