The Ministry of Public Health of the Dominican Republic reported three new maternal deaths during the 29th epidemiological week. These latest fatalities bring the national total for the year to 76 recorded cases.
According to the official report, the three individuals who died were between the ages of 26 and 30. Two of the deceased were identified as Dominican nationals.
