Sánchez promises Ceuta "all the necessary resources" and accuses the PP and Vox of disloyalty

On Sunday, September 20, in Gavà, Barcelona, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez criticized the Partido Popular (PP) and Vox for their political opposition concerning Ceuta. Speaking publicly, Sánchez accused both parties of engaging in a "destructive" opposition strategy and acting with "disloyalty" toward the autonomous city.

According to the Prime Minister, the conservative and far-right parties are pursuing a political strategy based on the premise that "the worse, things are, the better." He alleged that rather than supporting national interests in Ceuta, the opposition groups are primarily seeking imagery and political capital out of an ongoing crisis.
