Sánchez guarantees that Ceuta and Melilla will remain Spanish "until the end of time": "They are so in perpetuity"

During a plenary session of the Spanish Congress on Thursday, Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez formally reaffirmed the status of Ceuta and Melilla as Spanish territories. Addressing the legislature, Sánchez declared that the two cities are Spanish "a perpetuidad" and guaranteed that they will remain under Spanish sovereignty "until the end of time."
