Sanctions against Cuba and their impact on the economy

On Friday, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez publicly accused Washington of sustaining a policy of maximum pressure against the island nation. He stated that the measures are intentionally designed to reduce the Cuban government's capacity to provide basic goods and services to its citizens.
