Saudi Arabia condemns attack on UAE tankers in Hormuz

Saudi Arabia's foreign ministry has strongly condemned an attack targeting two oil tankers belonging to the UAE state energy firm ADNOC while they were transiting the Strait of Hormuz.

In an official statement, the ministry characterized the recurrence of such maritime attacks as constituting a dangerous escalation in the region.
