Saudi-led coalition says ballistic missile aimed at Riyadh destroyed

Saudi Arabia's air defences successfully intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile targeted at the capital, Riyadh. The attack was launched by Houthi forces.

The operation was confirmed by Colonel Turki Al-Maliki, the spokesman for the Saudi-led coalition forces, in a statement posted on social media platform X.
