SC dismisses plea challenging Delhi HC relief to Hinduja brothers in Bofors case

The Supreme Court of India has dismissed an appeal challenging a 2005 Delhi High Court ruling that annulled criminal proceedings against the Hinduja brothers in the Bofors payoff case. The dismissal effectively concludes the legal proceedings surrounding the long-standing matter. The appeal was originally filed by advocate Ajay K. Agrawal.
