Scammer promised victims $250 million in lottery winnings, but police say targets lost $80,000

A Jamaican woman accused of conducting a lottery scam was extradited to the U.S. According to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) in Kentucky, 29-year-old Jenel Chrissancia Rowe was taken into custody in connection with the scam.
