School - bus - sized SpaceX rocket chunk crashes into Moon

A defunct piece of a SpaceX rocket, roughly the size of a school bus, has crashed into the Moon at a speed of 8,690 kilometers per hour. The impact of the stray space debris is likely to have created a new crater on the lunar surface.
