Actor Scott Patterson has released his debut cookbook titled Dishes from the Diner: Classic All-Day Recipes. The publication is inspired by his long-standing passion for traditional American diners.

In addition to celebrating diner culture, the cookbook draws direct inspiration from Patterson's iconic television role as diner owner Luke Danes in the hit series Gilmore Girls.
