China raises alert for Typhoon Dolphin, which could make landfall between Sunday and Monday

Chinese maritime authorities in the eastern province of Zhejiang and the southeastern province of Fujian have elevated their emergency response to an orange level, the second-highest severity rating. The escalation is due to the approach of Typhoon Dolphin, which is forecasted to make landfall between Sunday and Monday.

Simultaneously, emergency services in Huelva, Spain, are responding to an active forest wildfire in the Raboconejo area of Niebla. The regional response plan, Infoca, has deployed 18 aerial units and a ground crew consisting of more than 80 personnel to combat the blaze, which began on Thursday afternoon.
