Another suspect in the death of a community member from Los Alcarrizos turns himself in

On Friday, another suspect surrendered to authorities in connection with the fatal shooting of José Frank Valerio, a community leader and member of the Dominicanos por le Cambio (DXC) party. The incident occurred in the Hato Nuevo sector of the municipality of Los Alcarrizos.
