Second phase of AJK election: PPP raises concerns over polling delays, staff shortages, alleged irregularities

The second phase of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly elections faced administrative and procedural challenges on Sunday. The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) formally raised concerns regarding the conduct of the polls, citing significant delays in the voting process and shortages of polling staff across various constituencies.

In addition to logistical issues, the PPP AJK Election Cell alleged that electoral irregularities occurred during the voting period. These complaints highlight tensions surrounding the integrity of the second phase of the legislative process in the region.
