Secret Service Deputy Director announces he is stepping down

Matt Quinn, the deputy director of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), announced on Friday that he is stepping down from his position after serving in the role for a year and a half.

In a statement shared on the social media platform X, Quinn noted that he has been collaborating with Secret Service Director Sean Curran for months to develop a transition plan for his departure.
