US Senate approves 3-year extension of HOPE/HELP programs

The United States Senate approved a version of a Continuing Resolution on Saturday that includes a three-year extension for the HOPE and HELP programs. These legislative measures permit textile products manufactured in Haiti to enter the United States market duty-free.
