US Senate approves 3-year extension of HOPE/HELP programs

The United States Senate approved its version of a Continuing Resolution on Saturday, which includes a three-year extension of the HOPE and HELP programs.

The legislative action allows textile products manufactured in Haiti to enter the United States market exempt from tariffs.
