Shannon Winzer: “We knew it wouldn’t be easy to play against the Dominican Republic”

Shannon Winzer, the high-performance director of the Canadian women's volleyball team, acknowledged that facing the Dominican Republic national team, known as the Reinas del Caribe, presented a challenging match due to their high level of play. Following the competition, Winzer stated that her team was fully aware of the difficulty of playing against the Dominican squad.
