Seven former employees of the Live Fish Foundation of Ibagué were convicted of torturing minors: “They tied them up by their limbs”

Seven former employees of the Peces Vivos Foundation in Ibagué, Tolima, have been convicted for torturing minors at the institution. The rulings were handed down by the Second Specialized Penal Circuit Court of Ibagué.
