Sigue traslado de Ernesto Ruffo del Altiplano a su casa en Ensenada; su hija logra hablar con él: “Voy en trayecto”

Ernesto Ruffo is currently being transferred by road from the El Altiplano prison in the State of Mexico to his home in Ensenada.

During the journey, his daughter, Verónica Ruffo, managed to speak with him by phone and shared a fragment of the conversation on Instagram, in which he stated, "Voy en trayecto."
