The anti-war and queer-themed film 'La bola negra' premieres across more than 600 cinema screens in Spain on Friday. According to its young protagonists, the movie explores Spanish queer history and the Spanish Civil War through an anti-war lens, touching upon the figure of Federico García Lorca.

Simultaneously, the long-running video game franchise Silent Hill is expanding with the upcoming release of 'Silent Hill Townfall'. The new title marks the franchise's first foray into first-person survival horror, adding to a series that has sold approximately 18 million copies worldwide since its debut in 1999.
