Simeon Brown says Penk acted alone - but Penk won’t say

National MP Chris Penk has declined to comment on whether he acted as a "stalking horse" for other leadership contenders following his failed challenge against Prime Minister Christopher Luxon.

While fellow National MP Simeon Brown has insisted that Penk acted entirely alone in the challenge, Penk himself refused to confirm or deny those assertions when approached for comment.
